Ingredients

10 medium pears (about 4 pounds), peeled and sliced2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries1/3 cup sugar1/4 cup all-purpose flourTOPPING:1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour1-1/3 cups quick-cooking oats1 cup packed brown sugar1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup cold butter, cubed

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°. Place pears and blackberries in a large bowl. Mix sugar and flour; toss with fruit. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.

In a bowl, mix first 5 topping ingredients; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling. Bake until filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown, 45-50 minutes.
