Ingredients

1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup all-purpose flour1 cup chopped pecans2/3 cup butter, melted2 eggs, lightly beaten

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour and pecans. Combine butter and eggs. Stir into brown sugar mixture.

Fill greased and floured miniature muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 350° until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 22-25 minutes. Immediately remove from pans to wire racks to cool.
