Ingredients
3 eggs2-1/4 cups packed brown sugar2 cups self-rising flour2 cups chopped pecans1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add brown sugar. Stir in flour until smooth. Add the pecans and vanilla (dough will be stiff).
Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 300° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
