Ingredients

3 cups fresh baby spinach1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted1/3 cup real bacon bits1/4 cup crumbled blue cheeseDRESSING:1/3 cup olive oil2 tablespoons cider vinegar2 teaspoons brown sugar1/2 teaspoon dried thyme1/2 teaspoon minced garlic1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, pecans, bacon and blue cheese. In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad; toss to coat.
