Ingredients

1-1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni2 large eggs, lightly beaten1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/4 cup sour cream1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning1-1/2 cups pizza sauce2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese30 slices pepperoni1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Stir in eggs, Parmesan cheese, sour cream and Italian seasoning. Transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Bake 10 minutes.

Spread with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; top with pepperoni and olives. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
