Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds ground beef1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon salt2 loaves (8 ounces each) French bread, halved lengthwise1 cup cheese dip1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained1 cup chopped green onions1 can (4 ounces) sliced jalapenos, drained1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain. Stir in garlic powder and salt.
Arrange bread on a baking sheet, cut side up. Spread with cheese sauce. Top with beef mixture, mushrooms, onions and jalapenos. Drizzle with tomato sauce. Top with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
Bake until golden brown, 10-15 minutes. Serve warm.
