Ingredients

2/3 cup buttermilk1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt1/2 cup prepared pesto1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese1 tablespoon white wine vinegar1 tablespoon grated lemon zest1 garlic clove, minced1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Refrigerate 1 hour. Just before serving, shake dressing again.
