6 plum tomatoes, chopped1 small onion, finely chopped1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro1 to 2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped3 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 lime)1 tablespoon cilantro stems, finely chopped1 garlic clove, minced1/4 teaspoon salt
