Ingredients

1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix1 teaspoon coconut rum or rum extract2 cups miniature marshmallows1 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted1/2 cup finely chopped pistachios, toasted1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine pineapple, pudding mix and rum. Add marshmallows, coconut and pistachios. Fold in whipped topping. Chill until serving.
