Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1 can (28 ounces) baked beans3/4 cup pineapple tidbits, drained1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained1 large onion, chopped1 large green pepper, chopped1/2 cup barbecue sauce2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce1 garlic clove, minced1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain. Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until bubbly.
