Ingredients

1 cup uncooked instant rice2 tablespoons butter1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained2 tablespoons brown sugarPinch salt1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Prepare rice according to package directions. Stir in butter. Add the pineapple, brown sugar and salt; spoon into a greased shallow 1-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
