1 cup chopped cooked peeled shrimp1/2 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise1/4 cup chopped pecans2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley1 tablespoon finely chopped onion1 tablespoon lemon juice1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauceCelery sticks and/or crackers

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Chill until serving. Serve with celery sticks and/or crackers.
