1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks, undrained1 cup buttermilk2 teaspoons vanilla extract2 teaspoons sugar
Preparation
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Freeze pineapple chunks. Place juice, buttermilk, vanilla, sugar and frozen pineapple in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
