2 pounds fully cooked ham, finely chopped1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained3/4 cup packed brown sugar1/3 cup chopped green pepper1/4 cup Dijon mustard1 green onion, chopped1 tablespoon dried minced onion12 hamburger buns or kaiser rolls, split
Preparation
In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the first seven ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through. Using a slotted spoon, place 1/2 cup on each bun.
