Ingredients

1 pound ground beef1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced1/2 pound fresh spinach, torn6 green onions, sliced1/4 cup chopped celery1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper1 teaspoon garlic salt1/2 teaspoon pepper6 large eggs, lightly beaten

Preparation

In a large skillet, cook beef and mushrooms over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the spinach, onions, celery, red pepper, garlic salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Add eggs; cook and stir just until the eggs are set. Serve immediately.
