Ingredients
2-1/2 pounds boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes2 tablespoons vegetable oil1 can (28 ounce) diced tomatoes, undrained1 can (16 ounces) chili beans, undrained1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce1/4 cup salsa1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped green pepper1 tablespoon chili powder1 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder1/4 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown pork in oil; drain. Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker; add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Reduce heat to low and cook 4 hours longer.
