Ingredients
2 cups ground cooked pork1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 cup mayonnaise2 tablespoons finely chopped onion2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish1 tablespoon prepared mustardPepper to taste12 slices white bread
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Spread over six slices of bread, about 1-1/3 cups on each; top with remaining bread.
