Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes3/4 cup crushed potato chips, divided1/2 cup chopped onion2 tablespoons butter, melted3/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, 1/2 cup of potato chips, onion, butter, salt and pepper; toss to combine.

Transfer to a greased shallow 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining potato chips. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
