Ingredients

1 pound ground beef1 medium onion, chopped1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained1 can (16 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained1-1/2 cups cooked rice1 medium green pepper, chopped

Preparation

In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion; drain. Add remaining ingredients; transfer to a 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
