Ingredients

2 medium apples, peeled and chopped1 cup sugar1 cup fresh cranberries1/2 cup wheat berries1/2 cup quinoa, rinsed1/2 cup oat bran1/2 cup medium pearl barley1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup packed brown sugar1-1/2 to 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon6 cups waterMilk, brown sugar, chopped nuts and apple slices, optional

Preparation

In a 6-qt. electric pressure cooker, combine the first 11 ingredients. Lock lid; close pressure-release valve. Adjust to pressure-cook on high for 25 minutes. Allow pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure. Serve with optional ingredients as desired.
