Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, melted1 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/8 teaspoon garlic powder1 cup finely crushed pretzels1/4 cup chopped pecans1/2 teaspoon pepper1-1/2 to 2 pounds chicken drumsticks
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. In a shallow bowl, combine the butter, cayenne and garlic powder. In another shallow bowl, combine the pretzels, pecans and pepper. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then roll in pretzel mixture.
Place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 170°-175°, turning once, 50-55 minutes.
