3/4 cup water (70° to 80°)2 tablespoons molasses4-1/2 teaspoons butter1 teaspoon salt1 cup bread flour2/3 cup rye flour1/3 cup whole wheat flour2 tablespoons cornmeal5 teaspoons baking cocoa4-1/2 teaspoons sugar3 teaspoons nonfat dry milk powder1 teaspoon caraway seeds1/4 teaspoon instant coffee granules1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Preparation
In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed).
