1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin1-1/2 cups vanilla ice cream1 cup 2% milk4 ounces cream cheese, softened1/2 cup vanilla yogurt1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar5 ice cubes1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spiceGraham crackers, optional

Preparation

In a blender, combine all ingredients except graham crackers; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. If desired, garnish with graham crackers.
