Ingredients
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 cup cornmeal3/4 cup packed brown sugar2 teaspoons baking powder1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg1/4 teaspoon ground cloves2 large eggs, room temperature1-1/2 cups canned pumpkin1/2 cup 2% milk3 tablespoons butter, melted pumpkin butter
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, pumpkin, milk and butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm. If desired, serve with pumpkin butter.
