1 pound Velveeta, cubed1/2 cup chunky-style salsa1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimientos, drained1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/8 teaspoon ground cumin1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakesTortilla chips
Preparation
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Cover and microwave on high for 6-7 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips.
