Ingredients

1/3 cup soy sauce1/4 cup fresh lime juice1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1/2 teaspoon ground mustard2 garlic cloves, minced6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a shallow dish, combine the first 5 ingredients; add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Drain; discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken with pepper. Grill, covered, over medium heat until a thermometer reads 165°, 7-8 minutes on each side.
