Ingredients

3/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni1/3 cup frozen peas1/3 cup cubed cheddar cheese1/4 cup mayonnaise3 tablespoons chopped celery1 teaspoon finely chopped onion1 teaspoon diced pimientos1 teaspoon finely chopped green pepper1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions, adding peas during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse in cold water.

In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir in macaroni and peas. Chill until serving.
