Ingredients
3 tablespoons spreadable cream cheese3 tablespoons mayonnaise2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar2 tablespoons whipped topping1 large unpeeled red apple, cut into 3/4-inch pieces1/4 cup raisins1/4 cup chopped pecans2 tablespoons sliced celery
Preparation
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, confectioners’ sugar and whipped topping until blended. Stir in the apple, raisins, pecans and celery. Transfer to a serving bowl. Chill for 1 hour.
