Ingredients

3 tablespoons vegetable oil1 can (14-1/2 ounces) sliced beets, drained and chopped2 cups chopped cooked corned beef2-1/2 cups diced cooked potatoes1 medium onion, chopped1/4 cup half-and-half cream2 tablespoons butter, melted2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add all remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low; cook and stir until lightly browned and heated through, 20 minutes.
