Ingredients
1-1/4 pounds ground beef1 small onion, chopped1/2 cup water1 envelope taco seasoning1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust1 can (16 ounces) refried beans2 taco shells, coarsely crushed1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese2 cups torn iceberg lettuce2 medium tomatoes, chopped1 tablespoon sliced ripe olives
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until is no longer pink; crumble meat; drain. Stir in water and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, place crust on an ungreased baking sheet. Spread with refried beans. Top with the beef mixture, taco shells and cheeses. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and olives.
