Ingredients

1 cup uncooked long grain rice2 cups water1 medium onion, chopped2 cups frozen peas1 medium carrot, shredded1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules1 teaspoon salt-free herb seasoningSalt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
