Ingredients
6 medium unpeeled red potatoes (about 1-1/2 pounds), cut into 1-inch pieces1/3 to 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, warmed2 tablespoons butter1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes with the cream, butter, salt and pepper.
