Ingredients
1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese tortellini or ravioli2 garlic cloves, minced4 teaspoons butter4-1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour1 cup 2% milk1 jar (15 ounces) marinara sauce4 ounces cream cheese, cubed2 green onions, thinly sliced1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
In a large saucepan, cook tortellini according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, cook garlic in butter for 1 minute. Stir in flour until blended; gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Add marinara sauce, cream cheese, onions, salt and pepper; cook and stir until cream cheese is melted and sauce is heated through. Drain tortellini; serve with sauce.
