3 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed12 medium leeks (white portion only), halved lengthwise4-1/2 teaspoons olive oil1-1/2 teaspoons dill weed1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Place asparagus and leeks on an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables.
Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
