Ingredients
1/2 cup cider vinegar1/4 cup packed brown sugar2 tablespoons canola oil4 garlic cloves, minced1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper1 pound grape tomatoes1 tablespoon minced fresh parsleyAssorted crackers and Gouda cheese slices
Preparation
In a large bowl, whisk the first six ingredients. Add tomatoes; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with parsley.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 12-14 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally. Serve with crackers and cheese.
