Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds new potatoes, quartered2 tablespoons olive oil2 teaspoons minced garlic1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed1/2 teaspoon dried thyme1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients; shake to coat. Pour into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
