Ingredients

6 medium potatoes (about 2 pounds), peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes1/2 cup mayonnaise1 tablespoon garlic powder1 tablespoon onion powder1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed1 tablespoon water1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan.

Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 40-45 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
