Ingredients

1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed1/2 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup canola oil3 tablespoons lemon juice2 garlic cloves, peeled1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce1 bunch romaine, torn3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained2 green onions, choppedCorn chips

Preparation

For dressing, place the first seven ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended.

In a large bowl, combine the romaine, tomatoes, cheese, olives and onions. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Sprinkle with corn chips.
