Ingredients

1 cup root beer1 cup ketchup1/4 cup orange juice3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoons molasses1 teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes4-1/2 pounds pork baby back ribs1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine the first 10 ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until sauce is reduced to 2 cups. Set aside.

Cut ribs into five serving-size pieces; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker. Pour sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with sauce.
