2 tablespoons ruby red grapefruit juice2 tablespoons grated grapefruit zest1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary2 cups lightly salted cashews

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, stir together juice, zest and rosemary. Add cashews; stir to combine. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until fragrant and nuts start to brown, 12-14 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
