Ingredients

1 egg1/4 cup dry bread crumbs2 tablespoons finely chopped onion2 tablespoons mayonnaise1-1/2 to 3 teaspoons prepared horseradish1-1/2 teaspoons diced pimientos1/8 teaspoon saltDash pepper1 pouch (7.1 ounces) boneless skinless pink salmon, drained1 tablespoon butter2 kaiser rolls, splitLettuce leaves

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Add salmon and mix well. Shape into two patties.

In a large skillet, cook patties in butter over medium heat, for 5-6 minutes on each side or until browned. Serve on rolls with lettuce.
