Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese, softened1 tablespoon mayonnaise1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon dill weed1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper1 can (6 ounces) pink salmon, drained, bones and skin removed1/2 cup shredded carrot1/2 cup chopped celeryLettuce leaves2 whole wheat buns, splitSliced tomatoes

Preparation

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper until smooth. Add the salmon, carrot and celery; mix well. Place a lettuce leaf and about 1/2 cup salmon salad on each bun and top with tomato.
