Ingredients
1 cup chopped peeled cucumber1/2 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup sour cream1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice1/4 teaspoon grated onion1/4 teaspoon dill weed1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepperDash salt4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
Preparation
For sauce, in a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Refrigerate until serving. Broil salmon 4-6 in. from the heat for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with cucumber sauce.
